Remove Windozssupport247.info Popup on Microsoft Edge (Guide)

I’m experiencing an extremely stubborn and annoying  adware program which I’m unable to permanently remove. It appears as Windozssupport247.info pop-ups telling me about suspicious activities on my system and asks me to call 1-844-858-2908 to get support. I did not call since it looks like scam and i’ve tried to remove suspicious program but couldn’t find it, it does not appear as an extension, I’ve ran different removal software  (Malwarebites, Spybot and others), but nothing seems to work. .  Any practical ideas?

The MICROSOFT EDGE browser on my HP laptop (Windows 10) has been infected by an unwanted malicious domain named windozssupport247.info. I did an update & scan today with Malwarebytes PREMIUM, but it did not quarantine/remove the windozssupport247.info virus.  How do I remove it from my laptop?
