This week i find my computer has been infected by various PUP.Optional threats which uses up memory, replicates itself and cause tons of popup everywhere. When I use a different browser (e.g. Firefox), those annoying ads still coming up constantly. i installed malwarebytes and remove of them, but PUP.Optional.ProPCCleaner.A and PUP.Optional.ProductSetup.A still persist. what can i do?
ran malwarebytes scan and FOUND many problems, including the Trojan.Agent.A1, PUP.Optional.Coupons.A and PUP.Optional.MyWebSearch that are causing my PC to run very, very slowly. Can you please HELP ME and tell me what to do next to get my PC back to running at a reasonable performance ?
last few days MY PC HAS GOTTEN very slow and lethargic and takes a lot of time to get to ANY website. I ran malewarebytes and found that a PUP.OPTIONAL.MINDSPARK.A seems to have infected my PC. I put the results in quarantine. I also ran SPYBOT and that seemed to find other maleware that Malewarebytes did not, e.g. CouponBar, FunWebProducts,W3i.IQ5.fraud, Casale Media, Burst Media, MediaPlex,DoubleClick. Can you please help me to get rid of all this bad stuff and help me to get my PC running at a good speed ?
