Get Rid of Hijack.ControlPanelStyle Virus? Removal Guide

The Hijack.ControlPanelStyle virus  is identified as removed by my antivirus software – but when I shut down and run the scan the next time, it says it is again removed – so it was never removed – I also have F-Secure and it has been unable to remove.  Any help out there?  Thanks!

“trojan horse exploit.swf_c.APS” trys to install when i go on twitch.tv. i have done a ave virus check and a malwarebytes check theres is nothing on my pc that they can find. what’s going on ?
