is there a way to remove Defensescan.org popup,i have tried many methods and software on the internet but no one seems to solve this issue and in the end i always have to reset the browser. even after sometime of resetting,it keeps coming back and again..and it also doesn’t show up in extensions,so i do get rid of thisDefensescan.org?

An insecure site has overtaken my Google browser.  It keeps taking me to Defensescan.org spam popup page.  No matter what I try to get rid of it it just comes back.  I re-installed Google Chrome to no avail.  It seems to have piggybacked it’s way onto my laptop.  Has anyone had this problem?  Any suggestions.
