Max AdBlocker Plus virus somehow infected my computer and now it is shows ads on every site.. Whenever I open a new page or sudden pop-up ads by Max AdBlocker Plus in existing page.I have ran AdwCleaner,  Malwarebytes, and HitmanPro applications  to clean my laptop but Max AdBlocker Plus ads still persist. how to block the ads?

My chrome has been infected by Max AdBlocker Plus malware after i installed a free program.
