I have a laptop that is infected with JS:Crossrider-A, according to Microsoft Security Essentials. However, MSE is not REALLY removing it when it says that it is removing it. Every day’s Full Scan shows the same infection and the same result (“Removed”), so obviously it is not. HOW can I truly remove this virus?
