I ran scan and found Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!rfn, I tried delete, quarantine and restarted pc, over and over again, it  keep coming back, Ran other antivirus but did not detect Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!rfn. any solution?

Can Anyone Please Help? I have a reoccurring virus Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!rfn which after taking the appropriate steps to remove it keeps coming back up to 5 times a day at least, MSE asks me to clean the computer and after pressing ‘clean’ or even going into the details and then pressing ‘remove’ it still says turn your p.c. off to complete the process, this is constant and incredibly annoying. Does anyone know what I can do to rid myself of this problem.
