Home.InKeepr.com Hijacker Removal Guide – Delete Home.InKeepr.com Redirect virus

Each time I open my browser (whether it be google chrome or internet explorer),Home.InKeepr.com  opens up as my home page. I downloaded some thing which I have now uninstalled from my computer which set Home.InKeepr.com as my homepage and new tab page. I have now changed my homepage on both these browsers, and also in internet settings on my computer back to google.com, but for some reason everytime I start my browser this shitty website keeps opening. When I click the home button, it goes back to google, but Home.InKeepr.com still opens when I start the browser. In chrome, I have changed the ‘on startup’ settings to start with the homepage, but that still didn’t work. Does anyone know what to do?
