i am unable to remove Exploit:HTML/Axpergle.O virus. i have updated Microsoft security essentials antivirus. it scans and detects virus but after restarting laptop it appears again. I installed other antivirus but did not detect Exploit:HTML/Axpergle.O, how can i get rid of it?

plz. i need a help to recover my PC to healthy state. i’m using Microsoft security essentials in my laptop and its upto date. It detected my hard drive is infected by Exploit:HTML/Axpergle.O. I already took the action to remove all, And it’s getting stuck after few minutes.
