My Norton detected SHeur4.BYWK  trojan (and asking me to restart), but the trojan keeps appearing. Any help on how to permanently delete this SHeur4.BYWK  would be greatly appreciated.

i have installed Norton , it scanns then says there’s aSHeur4.BYWK  trojan, and a reboot will fix, but when I reboot, the trojan comes back, i reboot again, the trojan comes back etc etc etc!! help! Installed many antivirus but cannot find SHeur4.BYWK , what should i do
