I got a virus calledsearch.listchack.com, it makes itself your default page and search engine on all browsers and screws up your computer. I am running a Win7 64Bit OS. I run Norton Internet Security which failed to remove search.listchack.com. Is there any  way to get rid of it?

All of a sudden everytime i open chrome my startpage goes to search.listchack.com instead of Google.  i’ve tried the software removal tool but it fails and ive also tried resetting my chrome settings but nothing works. can anyone help me delete search.listchack.com search engine?
