Remove Ad by DNSUnlocker Virus Completely – DNSUnlocker Removal Help

Two days before, my computer started showing these weird DNSUnlocker ads out of nowhere. At first i thought it was a normal thing, but then i noticed that i was running adblock and so, it shouldn’t be possible for those ads to be there. I started looking into it and found that every single web browser in my computer was showing these ads by DNSUnlocker. I have run Avast, Adaware, Ccleaner, Malwarebytes and found nothing at all, yet the ads are still there.! I’m really desperate right now… please help

So for like the past week or so I’ve been getting DNSUnlocker ads that pop up on my screen and when I click on a page. I looked into it and found out how to get rid of them, so I tried the Chrome Cleanup Tool and it found 0 programs that were bad. I then reset my browser settings and it did get rid of them, but a few days after ads by DNSUnlocker popped up again. I reset my browser settings again and they did get rid of them again, but then a few days after that they kept popping up. Is there a way to permanently get rid of them once they’re gone?
