My chrome homepage has been hijacked by 123.sogou.com.I checked my homepage setting and chrome shortcuts, all directed to the correct target.However, when I open Chrome with the shortcuts or even chrome.exe file, it still opens the hijacked page. how do i get rid of it?

I have problem with chrome. After start chrome my home page is “123.sogou.com”. I change option for default, remove all extencion and scan my pc with antivirus and remove all programs, but after restart my computer is viceice back. I don´t know. Please help!
